Job Description Social Media Manager
Using social media marketing tools to creatively tell the brand story, communicate the brand services, products, and offers, maintain the company’s brand image, and form strong connections with followers.
Providing solutions to customers and other stakeholder’s concerns, forming strong relationships between the brand and its followers through online interactions.
Creation of plans and strategies that align with the business goals and yield positive results for the brand (visibility, Lead generation etc)
Conduct regular performance analyses and report of the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy.
Using insights and algorithms to improve the company’s social media performance.
Research and harness digital tools to improve the company’s digital marketing.
Researching social media trends and implementing relevant trends approved by management.
Setting smart goals for social media campaigns.
Understand and identify the brand target audience.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, e-flyers etc)
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Swift response to comments and messages via DM.

Requirement And Qualification for Social Media Manager
Completion of NYSC
Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Excellent copywriting skills
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Other related duties will be assigned.
