- How to Apply: To apply for this Studentship, follow the DA CDT Application Instructions. Submit an application for an Electrical Engineering PhD via the University of Liverpool’s online PhD application platform and provide the project title and supervisor details when prompted.
- Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
- School or college transcripts/ certificates

- Degree certificates
- Personal statement
- Two references signed and on letter headed paper
- Research proposal
- Admission Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum degree qualification of 2.1 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Language Requirement: Intending applicants whose first language is not English must be prepared to provide documentary evidence of their ability in the English Language.
- Details of the University’s requirements can be found in the General Regulations for Higher Awards by Programme in the Modular Scheme, but as a guide, a score of at least 6.5 would be needed in the IELTS as administered by the British Council or 600 (250 for the Computer-based test) in TOEFL.
