Job Descriptions:

Track requisitions for vendor payments, validate documentation for adequacy and initiate same for approval on iProcurement

Assist with preparation and tracking of Accruals for recurring IT payments that span over periods

· Assist with reconciling or performing daily call-over various IT operating expense accounts

Contribute to preparing, coordinating, and communicating monthly financial calendar close

JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Sharepoint

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions:

Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to the design, development and implementation of the systems and software applications on SharePoint on-Prem and Online

· Identify opportunities for business process automation/collaboration and provide solutions that drive adoption, streamline processes and facilitate communication

· Managing and monitoring the health of various SharePoint servers and checking the disk space.

· Provide SharePoint technical product expertise for the business.

· Configuring of service applications and making sure services in the farm and up and running.

· Liaising with the infrastructural team on changes to the existing SharePoint farm(s) to improve the performance of the farms and reduction of the issues.
